What is SAP RFNO?

SAP Retail Fuel Network Operations (RFNO) is the solution for fuel retailing for service stations based on SAP. 

RFNO is part of the SAP products SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain for secondary distribution (S4SCSD) and SAP Secondary Distribution for Oil and Gas (OGSD).

SAP RFNO includes these applications:

• Retail Fuel Network Operations (RFNO)

  • Provides interfaces and functions for automating the business transactions in retail networks whose main business is selling fuel to consumers. This includes the administration of retail networks and the settlement of the business transactions for a location.

• Retail Fuel Pricing (RFP)

  • Determines the sales prices for the sale of materials in locations within a service station network.

• Continuous Station Replenishment (CSR)

  • Provides service stations with a steady supply of materials based on their requirements, by continuously calculating and monitoring the expected material consumption.

S4SCSD: In addition to SAP S/4HANA, RFNO require the IS-Oil add-on from SAP.

OGSD: In addition to EHP7 for SAP ERP 6.0, OGSD requires the IS-Oil add-on from SAP.
